~Pioneer Day Parade~

July 20, 2008-Pioneer Parade in Pocatello, Idah0

I took the girls to the parade with our friends, the Smith's. They have a little girl, Kambri's age. Brett had to go to school today, so wasn't able to come with us. I made him take all the CPA classess this summer, so now I think he's haten me for it. I would to. Anyways, here Kambri is getting ready to go. She was so excited. She was ready in the car, 20 minutes before we had to leave. Kaylee was very fussy today. Usually she is never fussy in the morning. So, it was hard to get both girls ready by myself, but I guess it worked out (somehow). We arrived at the parade right on time. Which is good, then your not waiting forever for it to start.

This was a very long parade. It lasted for an hour. Here was some of the floats, and our wards float: Best of Friends

Sydnee and Kambri love playing together. Syndee is 6 months younger than Kambri and has now learned how to open their door, so she opens their door and runs to our house to come see Kambri. Kambri always wants to go and eat at Sydnee's or go to the park with her. They play really well together.

Little Baby Kaylee

Kaylynn Jo Dayley

Born April 29, 2008

Weighed 7 lbs. 4 ounces

21 inches tall

This was a quick one. I went to the hospital 1 week and two days before my due date to be induced. We arrived at 7 am, was put on oxytin at 7:20 am, the doctor broke my water at 7:30 and then I had her at 8:16 am. It was a crazy delivery. My parents had just left and we were already calling them to tell them we had a little girl.

It's a wonderful experience each time, seeing your newborn baby. It's such a miracle. We were so excited to have her, of course a little worried, but Kaylee put our worries to rest. We didn't really hear her cry until the next day. She was so quiet. The nurses would forget about her in the nursery to bring her back to us. So, I would have to call each time to have them bring her back in the room. She's been a joy to our family and love her very much.

Of course we didn't forget about Kambri. Who is the little princess in our life. She can sure push our buttons at times, but we love her very much. She has been so good to Kaylee. She trys to help out, by putting her binky in her mouth (I guess she thinks she just can't live without it, much like herself)!

This last sunday we blessed Kaylee. Both our families came. My parents, Jenny, and Shelby, and his parents and Todd and Norma and their three kids, Tevin, Amber, and Max.
